1. Cookies on this website

This website sets no cookies. It is a static site with no login, no shopping cart, no session state, and no server-side personalisation, so there is nothing for a cookie to hold. We therefore do not show a cookie consent banner, because there is no non-essential storage to consent to.

2. No analytics or tracking

We run no analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session-recording tool, and no device-fingerprinting script. We do not build profiles of visitors and do not share visitor data with anyone, because we do not collect it.

3. Server logs

This site is served by a third-party static host. Like essentially every web server, that host may record standard technical request data — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent, and response status — for a short period, purely to deliver the site, protect against abuse, and diagnose outages. This is a technical necessity of serving a web page, not a tracking mechanism, and we do not use these logs to identify individuals or combine them with anything else.

4. Fonts and third-party assets

Fonts and other static assets are served from the same host as the site itself, so loading a page on this site does not send a request to a third-party asset provider.

5. Outbound links

This site links out to the Chrome Web Store, Buy Me a Coffee, and the project’s source repository. Once you follow one of those links you are on a service we do not control, and that service’s own cookie and privacy policies apply. In particular, if you make a voluntary contribution through Buy Me a Coffee, that transaction and any cookies it sets are entirely governed by Buy Me a Coffee and its payment processor.

6. Storage used by the extension

The FixUI extension does not use cookies. It uses chrome.storage.local, an extension-private storage area scoped to your browser profile on your device. Websites cannot read it, it is not transmitted anywhere, and it is not synced to any account or across devices. It holds only your site settings, rules, and favorites — see the Privacy Policy for the exact contents.

7. Clearing what is stored

• For this website: nothing is stored, so there is nothing to clear.
• For the extension: use Reset in the popup to delete a site’s rules, Revoke site access to remove its permission, or uninstall the extension to remove its storage entirely.

8. Changes

If we ever introduce cookies or any analytics, this page will be updated before that change ships, and an appropriate consent mechanism will be added where the law requires one.
